HOW TO ARRIVE TO YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT
1. PLEASE ARRIVE IN TIME
Eyelash extensions application is a very precise work that requires 2 hours at least to apply for a reason. In order to be able to create the best look for you, we need to be able to use the allocated time fully and use every minute to work our magic on your lashes to have you leaving satisfied.
3. MAKE UP REMOVED
Please save us all the extra time that would require us to get rid of any make up you wearing upon arrival. Please make sure you eyes is immaculate clean not just before a full set appointment but before each infills.
2. FIRST TIMERS
For your first visit we are allocating extra time for your consultation to discuss what bespoke lash we are going to create just for you. We are working with different lengths, curls, styles, shapes so we can create the best possible look for your every day needs.
4. Cancellation
We understand that life can get in the way of you attending your appointment but a mutual respect of each others time is crucial. We require a 48 hrs cancellation of your appointment otherwise a full price of the treatment will be charged.
